There are many legal repercussions to selling alcohol, including the risk of a lawsuit against you if a third party is injured after you served a individual you knew or should have known was intoxicated. For more information about whether you need a liquor permit, check with the State of Ohio, and consider checking out this to see if you are exempt from the state liquor law: http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/4301.20, specifically subpart "N."
Without more information from you, I cannot advise you on your specific situation.
