Can I Sell Services For Finding Real Estate Without A Realator Licence

I do not have a realators licence, and I want to start a buisness finding people homes using a online colection of resorces I have put together, I also want to provide my own research of leanders that give loans for any type of creditor, another service I would like to provide is help putting together a creative finance plan for my customers to help when they make offers, I would also like to offer my construction experience for fixing and or looking over there property to help point out possible needed repeairs Amoung ather services all for a set price for my research and services CAN I DO THIS WITHOUT A REALETORS LICENCE

You can not sell or find buyers and sellers of real estate without a license unless the property is your own property.

The last service sounded like a property inspection service. That is very legal, but you will be held responsible for your opinions if they are wrong and the deal for the house sours or you do not tell the homeowner about a problem that you do not find.
