Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
I have a small printing business (one man shop) under a C corp setup, shared
ownership with the ex, (51%/49% ownership) and just recently was devorice. I no
longer have an accountant and/or business attourney.
My question(s) ... She wants out of her ownership (49%), how do we go about changing things
over to me - 100% ... What's the best setup for running a business that's very small C Corp, LLC, or
what?
Thanks ...

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Without know the specifics of all surrounding facts and circumstances it's not even possible to begin to give advice. If you went through a divorce, ownership in the C corp should have been allocated and decided. You really need to sit down with a good business or franchise attorney in your area to review everything and for specific advice.
