Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
How old do I need to be to start a lawn care business.
1 Answer from Attorneys
Dear Entrepreneuer: If you need to drive a car or truck to transport your equipment, you'll need a driver's icense and insurance. Please remember, you may also wish to have insurance for your business - comprehensive, theft, liability, etc. and Ohio Worker's Compensation coverage for yourself and any employees.
BUT, if you merely want to begin to work locally from your family home, go to it; forget all that formality, and enjoy your summer!
Good luck.
Sincerely,
