starting a new business
i'm conidering starting a my own company.

i'm considering starting a company in the same field.
i do not have a non compete agreement.
some of my current customers my consider buying from me versus my former employer. is there anything wrong with this?

Re: starting a new business
You can do this but you need to be very careful as to what you are saying to these current customers of your employer. You should probably just call me direct:
