statue of limitations of a commision upon being fired
best friend was fired so the company would not have to pay commission on the sale of two machines on him. but i could not say anything because i still worked there and was fearful of losing my job. so if i tell him can he go after teh company to get his commission from his territory. the customer gave a P.O. while he was still working for us.

How long ago did this happen? He may have a much larger claim than the lost commission.

It is truth, not fear, which will set you free. You kept such information from your "best friend" in order to protect your job at the cost of commissions which were rightfully earned by him, and probably greatly needed by him after being terminated. You figure it out. Steve
