Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
i stupidly put a work trailer loan in my name for my boyfriend (now ex-boyfriend) but he claims that when he registered it he put it in his business name. i cant find any paper work for this and i have been paying interest on it for a year now. so what is my legal right to this work trailer? is it mine or his business? and if its his can i stop paying on it? or how do i find out whos name it is in?
