time limit on lawsuits after death
How long do you have to pursue a lawsuit against a company for negligence in the death of an employee after their death?

I would say you have no more than 1 year under the wrongful death statute, with workers comp. also being an issue.

At least two years, and that is from the date of the discovery of the negligence. Worker's Comp rules may preclude however. I need more facts.
