Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
When u file for "rights reserved" can you include a logo that isn't trademarked? If the logo isn't trademarked can it be trademarked by another party and money collected from the inital company that had the untrademarked logo?

As a Franchise Attorney I don't understand what you meen by "rights reserved." Are you talking about an intent to use application? If an intent to use application is filed, it sets a date by which rights are determined. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
