Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Vacation Pay
Upon learning that I had an interview with a competitor my manager began questioning me about sending our customers to them. When I finally did accepth the other position and out in my two week notice I was asked to resign immediatly and told that I would be paid for my unused vacation time (48 hours worth) and commission on sales for that occure during that time. However when my final check came, there was no vacation pay and my former employer refuses to pay. I live and work in Ohio.

Re: Vacation Pay
You have a lawsuit. You can probably sue in small claims court, saving you an attorney's fee. Best regards, Edward DiCato
