Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Vendor/Customer Contract
I signed a contract for services with a vendor in June '08. I have been paying the invoices as they send them and they have just come back to me and said they haven't been billing me correctly, and I now owe an extra $6k for usage they were not correctly recording (and therefore correctly billing me) for. Am I obligated to pay this?
