Venue
Although the General Venue Statute says that an alien may be sued in any district, does this include foreign corporations?
Would venue in Ohio be proper for a corporation in Spain?

Hi, whether venue is proper depends on the corporation. Also you need to look to see if jurisdiction is proper in Ohio. Does the Spanish corporation do business in Ohio? Is the lawsuit in federal or state courts? Please email me with these answers so that I may assist you better.
