Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Writing operating agreement-Ohio LLC
I am preparing the Operating agreement for my newly formed LLC. What date do use for the agreement, the day I mailed in the Articles of formation to the state, the date they recieved it, or the date the response came back from the state? Also, does this need notarized? Thanks in advance!

Re: Writing operating agreement-Ohio LLC
You should use the date that the operating agreement is signed by the shareholders/directors. Notarization is completely optional.
