Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
Is this action legal
At the age of 16 my son was in Ohio Juvinile Drug Court.
After many months of attending all meeting and counseling.
He decided not to go anymore. I don't condone him for this and I know it was wrong. Anyway a warrant was issued for him. About 30 days later West virginia city police went to pick him up on the warrant because of a tip they had recieved. My som parol officer was contacted in Ohio, he came over to West virginia and had the West Virginia city police put his handcuffs (The parol offiers) on my son and the took my son the the state line bridge. After the parol officer crossed the bridge to the Ohio side the West Virginia City police made my son walk the bridge to the Ohio side. The parol officer had no jurisdiction in West Virginia and it was only a misdermeaner warrant. My question is, was this action legal ? Thank You.

You'll have to ask a local lawyer on issues of juvenile extradition. I doubt there's a major constitutional violation here.
