Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
hello
my boyfriend is being charged with a failure to appear to a court hearing for his probation violation. However he is out on bond and then two days ago they came to our house and he was arrested for a courtdate we had absolutley no knowledge of. Please help

He can tell it to the judge, really that's all he can do. If the story seems plausible, then he may get a break, but court dates aren't usually done in secret.
If he was violated, it was absolutely in his best interest to KNOW when the court date was going to be. Certainly, his probation officer would have known, because he had to testify.
