Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
I brought a 95 Monte Carlo less than 3 or4 months and from day 1 I been complaining about loud noise comin from the car wen I drove the car home now a week ago my entire back frame on my car has broken ...I call the guy who brought the car from Tryna see if I can be reimburse on some money for my car but its like he dnt wanna help ...is there anything I can do because now my entire car is broken ...that's the only transportation I have to get me and my son around.. I had the car less than 3 or 4 months

To be honest, probably not. It depends in part on whether the seller gave you any type of warranty and then what that warranty actually says. Most used cars are sold as-is. However, if the seller told you things about the car, i.e. that it ran perfect, that the engine was perfect, than you might have an action based on fraudulent representations.
