Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
Car given as gift
I had a boyfriend buy me a car (paid cash in full) and it is in my name only. We have since broken up and he is suing me for the car back. I never asked for the car he just wanted to buy it for me as a gift. It was never mentioned or even discussed that if we broke up that he wanted the car back.
He has purchased 3 more new cars since the one he purchased for me. He pays cash (from his lucrative gambling business) because he is collecting Social Security and doesn't want to loose it. He can not prove where the cash came from because he doesn't show his profits from his many business'. He promised me a job (which he took away) and now I will have to sell the car so that I can pay my bills.

Is he actually suing you yet?? If so you need to answer, but call me because you have a good case against it.
