Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
I have a case pending in the US Court for possessing a fire arm under disability. During the detention hearing proceedings the Federal Prosecutor an agent from the ATF had informed a Magistrate that I may have other charges brought against me not relevant to the case. The Federal Judge had stepped down with this knowledge, due to not wanting to make a decision. Is this a violation of civil rights or an ethics violation on the part of the Prosecutor?

I don't think so. Almost everything is relevant. If the statement wasn't true, then it needs to be corrected.
