Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
Child Care Provider Was paid for services which she did not render
Situation: Child Care provider was paid, in cash, for 3 days work. She quit after 1 day of watching our child but kept the money for the 2 remaining days. We did not have a written contract for this agreement, just verbal agreement. Do I have a form of recourse?

Yes, small claims..do not need contract, your testimony and check will suffice.
