cival suits & telecommunications harassment
hi i need to know how to get my local police to file charges on for telecommunications harassment, he's been warned 2 times by two different officers around 6 months ago not to contact me and not to e mail me or have anyone that he knows not to call me or e mail me , and also can you get arrested in the state of ohio for a cival suit where you missed the court date ? and also can you have just a cash bond in the state of ohio ? cause i have heard that cash bonds are illegal in the state of ohio
