Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
Civil Court
My mother is being sued/named as a third party defendant in a law suit. Mom sold her interest in some lumber on property she owned to a timber company with whom she had a contract. The company then sold their interest to another party. The other party never received any of the wood but paid for it. Now mom is being sued by the party that she didnt even know existed nor had a contract with.
