What is considered slander
Legally speaking what is the determining factor to indicate if a person is being slandered by another party or agency?Please give the definition of slander.

Re: What is considered slander
Slander is the spoken word, as opposed to libel which is the written word. Both are available as legal remedies to wrong done if certain conditions are met: the words must be untruthful, and they must be calculated to, and indeed do, cause damage which can be measured economically. Truth is always a complete defense to actions for libel or slander.
