Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
dismissed/expunged record & background check
I had a petty theft criminal charge agaisnt me. I did a diversion program and the charge was dismissed. I've had bci and fbi background checks that say no record. I'm applying for a job that asks if I've been arrested or had a charge expunged. Do I have to admit to the charges even though they do not appear on my background checks
