Dividing the Assets
I am in the middle of a dissolution of my marriage. I have a home that I have owned since prior to my marriage. I will be selling that house shorlty. Does my wife have and interest in that assset since it was mine prior to the marriage and I am the only name on the title

Yes, upon marriage she would obtain a dower right of 1/3 interest in real proerty. However, if you owned the home free and clear before the marriage, it is reasonable to take the position that you should recieve it back free and clear.
