Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
My employer told me I can not present myself as "Reverend First Name Last Name" to customers or co-workers, would that be Religious Discrimination? I am indeed a Reverend, and have always presented myself with my title.

No. The employer must reasonably accommodate your religious beliefs. The use of the term "Reverend" is not a religious belief, i.e., the use of the term is not a central tenant of your religion. It is simply a title. Examples of religious beliefs are things like: abstaining from alcohol, fasting during Ramadan, not working on the Sabbath, abstaining from eating beef, wearing a kippot, turban or hijab.
