Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio

I wrote a note about coworkers on a private web site that only a few people had access too. There is security on the site. My manager then coorced someone who had access to the site to print it out and then they passed it around the office. Now I'm in trouble for making vicious claims about coworkers. No one was mentioned by name at any point in my rant. All of my claims are true and cannot be proven to be false. Again this was NOT a public site. Help?
