Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
FBI evidence
During an FBI set-up, suspect was entraped into a bribery situation, FBI apprehended suspect when $ was exchanged. Suspect indicated needed lawyer and no information provided to FBI. The FBI ''weasel'' contacted suspect several times that day after suspect lawyered up. No charges filed yet as investigation is ongoing. Were rights violated? Can anything that transpired on that day be expunged because of rights violation?

Re: FBI evidence
There are two issue here, entrapment and interrogation. As far as how they might effect the case later, I can't say with the little amount of information given. I have experience in federal criminal defense. If you would like to talk further about the situation, please feel free to contact me. Sorry I can't provide any better answers at this time.
