Are my civil rights being violated if my employer makes me conform to Febg Shui standards?

Feng Shui standards? What is that, never heard of it being applied to employee behavior. usually, it's a matter of seating, building location and interior design to create an auspicious work environment.
HOWEVER, an employer IS entitled to create a work atmosphere,--if they decide that they want everyone to wear uniforms and the request is objectively reasonable, so be it: if they happen to conform to Feng Shui, so be it. Without more, the answer is "yes."
