Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
found not guilty for feloneous asault 20 yrs ago just found out through background check for a job i had gotten that it says i was found guilty lost that job and who knows how many others what can i do

Since you were found not guilty, you have the right to have the case sealed, so no one ever sees it again. It's really unfortunate that you weren't able to do this sooner.
