Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
Fraud
Custody of a child was given to a woman with the verbal agreement that she would return him after a short time. Now she refuses to return the child to his father. The father and 2 witnesses say the child was to be returned. Can she be sued for fraud?
