Is it illegal to dress up as a really gory zombie and do a zombie walk in public (stores, gas stations, malls, etc.) on Halloween? It will most likely scare young children and the faint hearted...

If your distrupting the public or causing a scene, you could be charged with a Minor misdemeanor. Being Halloween, I doubt you would get charged.
