Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio

Juggalo Civil Rights

Juggalos, the followers of psychopathic records, listeners of insane clown posse's gospel of the dark carnival, have been labeled a gang in almost all cities in the U.S, and other countries around the world. We in fact are NOT a gang there is no initiation of any kind(violence, vandilisim,or theft) to become a juggalo all you have to do is believe in the music of the insane clown posse. most people dont understand the things that (icp) rap about but WE (the juggalos) do people think that they sing about violence and hate and rape but they dont. think about this one for a change, they rap about every day life the tings that go on they put themselves as they are seeing through the eyes of criminals, theifs, killers, biggiots, and so on. they things they sing about arnt about then there self doing these things but them rapping about what these people think and feel because no one has cared to do it before. alot of that is why the juggalos have been labeled a gang. and i am writing to you to ask if there is anything with in the law that we can do to protect our freedom of speech and rights. icp has gotten alot of people to believe in god so shouldnt that be enough for people to leave us alone.

Re: Juggalo Civil Rights

Only when someone is charged under a gang activity statute would that person alone be able to challenge the determination that juggalo's are a gang. I don't think this is happening to many people. If it is let me know about it. In the meantime in order for you to make a positive impact, you need to live a peaceful and productive life - be an example of a juggalo that is peaceful and productive and you will begin to change the negative image the group has.
