Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
So this kid thinks he can take me to court over an email i sent him about stalking a girl that has tried her hardest to get him to stop talking to her. It didnt sound threatening just stated that he had to get over her and if not id call his parents, call the cops or come over and talk to him about it. Can he even take me to court? By the way were all in high school.

He's not going to take you to court. Hiring an attorney and filing a civil action in a court of law costs hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. High school kids spend their money on Mac Miller mp3s and AE clothes, not lawsuits.
