Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
Legal Stalking
I have a police report that states Menacing By Stalking plus other supporting documents and police reports, but the prosecuting attorney will not prosecute the person. Does a Prosecuting Attorney have the option to decide what cases he persues? And if the prosecuting attorney has this choice, who do I contact to persue these charges elsewhere?

Re: Legal Stalking
Yes..the prosecutor can decide which cases to prosecute and which to let go for a number of reasons. You can always sue someone civilly for money for your losses.
