Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio

leins on my property

I own a house.my ex left 1 year ago. He is on the deed with me due to a IRS lein. We almost lost the house.I got a loan to save our house from the IRS.in the mean time other leins were placed on the deed. He has been gone from the house for a year and the leins are stopping me from refinancing my home. He thinks he is going to walk away without paying for these leins. He wants the equity to pay for them. I have been paying his depts for 13 years. My question is Am i responsable to pay these leins off? None of the leins are mine.No one will refinance me. I have proof that i have kept him from losing everything more times that once. He laughs because I have to pay his depts again. He is very controlling. Is there any way to make him responsable for his own depts.we were never married.Everything had to go into my name because he is not responsable and he refuses to pay these depts. He wants me and my children to pay. He still comes around and takes things from here because legally he still owns this house as well as i do. I dont think this is fair. He just thinks I should lose this house and his depts will be payed and I lose and he wins, again.I am desperate for help.Bankrupt isnt the answer. I want to keep my home and get him off.

Re: leins on my property

What does the divorce decree order? You can enforce these issues in that court.
