limitation on personal lawsuit
We are being use for some personel money that was given to us. What is the legal limitation on collecting it? How long can the lawsuit go on before it is collected?

Re: limitation on personal lawsuit
If you file an Answer to the Complaint [contest the charges against you] then there will be a trial in which the plaintiffs will present their evidence and you present yours. The judge will decide and issue a Judgment to the winner. If the Judgment is against you, the plaintiffs will have several years in which attempt to collect it.
