Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
I live in the state of Ohio and after letting my son stay with us for a "few days" things have come up missing.The few days turned into a few months and he would not leave.So today my husband called the police to excort him out.They said we can not kick him out due to him being here for two months he is 24 and has no respect for anyone but himself.What can we do

you can evict him.....my thoughts are that he is a month to month tenant who hasnt paid his rent...you have to officially serve him with a 3 day notice and then after those 3 days are up, and he's still there, you take proof of that notice to the court and file for eviction. The court will give you a court date within a few weeks and they will order him out...
