Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
How long does felony conviction affect employment
My brother in law lives in Ohio, out of prison for over five years. Does this ever ''go away'' in terms of employment? He is having a hard time getting employment because of this. (assult with gun, drugs)

Re: How long does felony conviction affect employment
If this is his only conviction of his life, he can have it expunged. Otherwise he is stuck with a felony conviction for the rest of his life.
