Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
Lying in court.
My Boyfriend has been sent to prison for stealing a gun from his brother and pawning it off at a pawn shop. He had a judicial release court date. He went and the Judge was going to let him go until his brother took the stand and stated that he had not recieved any restitution. Which was a lie. He got his gun back and $700.00 on top of that. Is there any way to turn this around now? If I was to contact the Judge and bring this to his attention WITHOUT any real evidence besides three peoples ''say-so,'' (including my boyfriend) could this change the case at all?
Thank you!
