Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
Online Blogging Rights
My pastor said that if anyone said negative things on their website/blogs about him or his ministry he would sue them; is this legally possible? If not, do your rights change if you are enrolled at his college or a member of his church?

Opinions are not actionable, only lies. He could always just kick you out of his school, but he couldn't sue you if what you said was truthful.
