Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
Open Container Citation
I got a citation for an open container about 2 years ago. I failed to pay it and know I have a warrant out for my arrest. I am about to graduate from college and would like to just pay it and forget about it. If I mail them payment will my warrant go away or what do I need to do while avoiding getting arrested?

Re: Open Container Citation
In Franklin County you can just go down to the courthouse and take care of the fine. I would call to confirm the amount that you owe and then pay it by the easiest means possible.
