Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
Property rights
My ex girlfriend recently moved out. We have two kids together. I let her go and take her stuff out without me being there to avoid any negative confrontation. She took everything out. She didn't leave me anything of the kids stuff. She left me a couch, chair, TV and my clothes. Even the stuff that was mine, she took. Do I have any rights on getting any of my stuff for the kids back?

Re: Property rights
If you have not filed in Juvenile court for parental rights, you have none right now. Have you even established paternity? You need to establish yourself first as the father.
