reversing a permanent restraining order
my children and i have a 5 year permanent restraing order against my ex husband,the childrens father.
my ex husband has a history of domestic violence re;myself and his own father,has been incarcerated for domestic violence and drug abuse on numerous occassions.
He has recently motioned the court to dismiss the restraing order to allow visitation.my children are 12 and 7.it has been over 2 yrs.since they have seen him.the 12 yr.old is afraid of him,wants nothing to do with him.I am also afraid for all of us.how difficult will it be for him to reverse this?What role will me and my childeren have to play in this?

You definitely need to be at the hearing and testify against it - the court will then decide. What court is this?
