Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
school lunch for vegeterians
My daughter is a vegeterian, but her school will not offer a vegetable plate, or any other vegeterian options. Is this some type of violation of her rights ?
Is this some type of violation of her rights ?
Last year, while my wife was out of work, we had ''free lunch'' based on our income. My daughter did not want the ''meat portion'' but the school insisted that she take it and throw it away. This is a tremendous waste, should I bring it to the school board ?
Thank you very much.
