Self-Defense
Do states differ regarding the Self-Defense law? If so, what is Ohio's stance on defending oneself during a burglary or assault at one's home?

Re: Self-Defense
In Ohio you have the right to defend your SELF not your property. You have to argue that you were in fear of personal harm and that is why you did what you did. You also must not have had an opportunity to escape. Call me directly if you want to make sure you have this right.
