selling a car on then the buyer backs out on the deal.
Hi ,I sold a young man a car on a payment plan,he made 2payments then he decided he didn,t want it .now he wants his money back .I recieved a summons to go to court in afew weeks What should ido ,am Iliable to pay him or will the judge laugh at him.I have ownership of the car.He just wanted adifferent car off someone else.Also Ipaid him 100 dollars back.I guess I still owe him 400 dollars.Should I pay him or will I win in court? Please respond soon as possibile.
