Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio

A judgment was rendered against me, when it shouldn't have been, and i didn't get a chance to fight it because i was never served. it says in the court dockets that the delivery address was no good. it's been a year now since the judgment was granted and they want to garnish wages. how can i file an appeal since i was never served? can they do that?

Might be able to file a motion with the court to vacate. I don't know if it would work. Ed Dicato
