sex with minor

if a 23 year old has sex with a 16 year old what can happen? can he get into trouble without the parents pressing charges or do they have to for him to get into trouble?

If the minor is under the age of consent in Ohio, then the 23 year old can get into trouble in many ways. If she gets pregnant the prosecutor can charge without help of her parents, another concerned adult can go to the police such as an aunt or school counselor, and finally if they are found out by others and they can go forward that can be enough. Of course the parents can always be the cataylst for the prosecution or the girl can go herself.

Two thoughts of advice:

"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" and "16 (year olds) can get you 20(years in jail).
