Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio

my next door neighbor while questioning my 11 year old son who admitted of keeping a ball that was in our backyard for 2 weeks, went to there house to see if there daugther could play, started calling him a f---ing lier,a sob, a no good bastered. the people who live there are the grandparents to this little girl who is 9 years old, the girls mother who is in her thirties. the grandparents are in their late 50's to early sixties. i want to know if there is a good case of slander and defifmation of chacter going on. if so i am all ears of sueing in the behalf of my son and his name. also my son is addhd\bipollar and is on zyprexa 5 mg, risperdal .25 mg 3 times a day, pexeva 20 mg a day. so you see it's not like he is doing stuff for a reason, sometimes he dosen't know why,he just dose it cause of his diabilities.we have lived in our home for 4 mo., and this case with the ball these people still to this day have never talked to me concerining this problem, instead they rather call my son all sort of choice words. so if you can help me please contact me asap if at all possiable.
sincerly---on behalf of my son.

Insults are usually not actionable. Defamation and slander refer to lying about someone to someone else.
