Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
small claims judgement
I have a small claims judgment against me.I am self employed. It is at the judgement debtor exam stage as I was not informed that I could appeal the judgment,as it was very unfair. Can my joint savings account with my wife be garnished if the only money direct deposited into it is from her place of employment? Should I get a lawyer, and can I still somehow appeal or sue the other party? Please reply as soon as possible as the debtors exam is for April 28.--name removed--Trumbo

Re: small claims judgement
You need to give me the date of the judgment against you, and why you think it is unfair. They will definitely go after that account if your name is on it.
